Q: How does pre-sale work?
A: Our Origin Bands are released first through pre-sale in limited quantities. Pre-orders are handcrafted and dispatched within 4 weeks of purchase. Buying during pre-sale guarantees your piece from the first edition before public launch.

Q: Can I change or cancel my pre-order?
A: Yes — please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order for changes or cancellations. After this window, your ring enters production and cannot be modified.

Q: Will I be charged immediately?
A: Yes, payment is processed at the time of purchase to secure your pre-order.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Yes — we ship globally using trusted fulfilment partners with tracked delivery on all orders.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Delivery times vary depending on your location, after dispatch:

+ UK & EU: 5–10 business days

+ US & Canada: 5–10 business days

+ Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Q: How much is shipping?
A: Standard tracked shipping is included in your order price. Express shipping upgrades may be available at checkout depending on your location.

Q: Will I pay customs or import fees?
A: Customers outside the UK/EU may be subject to local customs duties or taxes. These are the buyer’s responsibility.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging. Please see our Shipping & Returns section for full details.

Q: Do you accept exchanges for size?
A: Yes — you may exchange your ring for a different size within 30 days, subject to availability. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.

Q: How do I start a return or exchange?

PRODUCT & CRAFTSMANSHIP

Q: What materials are Origin Bands made from?
A: Every Origin Band is forged in 925 sterling silver, hallmarked, and polished for lasting quality.

Q: Are the rings handmade?
A: Yes — each piece is handcrafted by skilled silversmiths in Taxco, Mexico, a town world-famous for its silver craftsmanship.

Q: Will the silver tarnish?
A: Sterling silver may naturally patina over time, but with proper care and storage, your Origin Band will maintain its brilliance. A polishing cloth can easily restore shine.

Q: Do the flag details wear off?
A: No — each flag is carefully hand-applied and sealed for durability. With normal wear and care, the design remains intact.

SIZING & FIT

Q: How do I find my size?
A: Please see our Size Guide, which includes a printable chart, tips for measuring, and international conversion charts.

Q: What if I’m between two sizes?
A: We recommend choosing the larger size for comfort. Our rings are comfort-fit, with smooth edges designed for all-day wear.

Q: Do you offer custom sizes?
A: Yes — we can create custom sizes at an additional cost, as a new mould must be made from the beginning. Production for custom orders takes around 1 month, or 4–8 weeks during pre-sale periods. Please contact us directly via email (info@originbands.com) to discuss your requirements before ordering.

CARE & MAINTENANCE

Q: How do I care for my OriginBand?
A: Store in a dry place, avoid harsh chemicals, and clean with a silver polishing cloth as needed. Avoid wearing while swimming or showering to preserve finish.

Q: Is the ring water-resistant?
A: Yes, but frequent contact with water (especially chlorinated or saltwater) can dull the finish over time. We recommend removing your ring when swimming.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Q: Is checkout secure?
