RETURNS INFO
At Origin Bands, we want you to love your ring as much as the heritage it represents. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a fair and transparent returns policy.
Eligibility:
+ Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
+ Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, including all packaging.
+ For hygiene and quality reasons, worn jewellery cannot be returned.
How to Request a Return:
1. Contact our support team at info@originbands.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide you with return instructions.
3. Once received and inspected, we will issue your refund or exchange.
Refunds:
+ Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
+ Please allow up to 10 business days after we receive your return for funds to appear.
+ Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
Exchanges:
+ If you wish to exchange for a different size or design, please specify when you request the return.
+ Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
+ Any price differences will be settled prior to dispatch of the new item.
Defective or Incorrect Items:
If your Origin Band arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost, including shipping.
Return Shipping Costs:
+ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
+ We strongly recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Non-Returnable Items:
+ Final Sale or promotional items cannot be returned or exchanged.
+ Gift cards are non-refundable.
